Boy Scout Troop 422 Treasure Coast District

Welcome to Troop 422's Former Homepage!

Troop 422 is a Boy Scout troop located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. We meet Tuesday nights, at First Presbyterian Church of Port St. Lucie, located on Midport road and U.S. 1. We are part of the Gulf Stream Council. We also attempt to go camping once a month at different campsites. We excel in water sports and volley ball. At summer camp we were once the volley ball CHAMPIONS.

Recent Meetings

At a recent meeting the scouts participated in a cook stove demonstration. The Senior and Assitant Senior Patrol leaders lead the demonstration. Later on, the scouts had a string burning contest where they tested out the different stoves, suprisingly, the alcohol stove was the champion.

Trips

Our troop has gone on several major trips. We've been to the U.S.S. York Town in Charleston, SC twice and we are currently planning a trip to Sea Base in The Florida Keys. We have also recently made a trip down the Withlacoochee river.
